In the long walk of life, the next step is always the most difficult. That very same next step could bring out hope and change, and that is what I strive to accomplish in our work together. Hope and Change. While everyone is unique and different, we are all united in the difficulties that life has to offer. Whether you have been feeling stressed, depressed, hurt, ashamed, empty, reactive, overwhelmed, lacking drive, self-doubt, or having relational difficulties, there is hope.
In my approach to therapy, I desire to foster authenticity and explore the emotions, attachments, and life experiences that come with being human - from early childhood struggles to the current dilemma you face. I am honest, open, and relational, and I have a passion for seeing you thrive. I use an eclectic blend of modalities as each human is unique, and I want to utilize the tools that will work for you. I employ practices from CBT, ACT, DBT, and IFS and am trained in EMDR to aid in trauma processing. I work with a variety of individuals, teens, couples, and families, and I have a heart for men's issues.
I have found that everyone is capable of doing hard things despite what our minds may tell us. When you are ready for the next step, reach out, and we can find the help you need.
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
