Jaclyn believes that there is immense healing and growth that can come from therapy. To share and sit with one’s thoughts and feelings together with a non-judgmental and empathic therapist can be transformative. Jaclyn upholds the importance of maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all, and is honored to walk beside her clients on their journey to health and wellbeing.
Jaclyn seeks to empower her clients at a time when they may feel powerless in the face of life’s stressors and hardships. Evidence based techniques and interventions are drawn upon to support each individual client.
