The decision to pursue therapy is remarkable, and the search for a therapist can feel overwhelming. Let me introduce myself. First, welcome to my page! I am truly happy you are here because I have been in your shoes—uncertain of where to start but actively seeking someone to offer support. I hope this page provides you with an understanding of both my approach and the ways in which I can be of assistance.

I initially pursued therapy to address numerous wounds, and surprisingly, the last thing I anticipated was discovering myself. This unexpected revelation became the cornerstone of my most profound healing experience. Life can be challenging. Facing the same struggles year after year without truly understanding yourself only adds to the difficulty. Piece by piece, restoration is possible. If you have attended therapy in the past or are just starting out, I look forward to walking alongside you as you embark on your journey towards discovering hope and increasing your capacity for positive change.

What sets my therapeutic style apart is a genuine commitment to understanding and supporting you. You do not have to do this alone. I would be honored to walk by your side in whatever you are facing.

About My Approach:

My experience extends to the realms of The Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. My commitment is rooted in creating a safe and non-judgmental space, fostering empathy, collaboration, and empowerment. My primary focuses are on restoring relationships, navigating emotions, and fostering an embodied life. My aim is to guide clients to a deeper self-awareness that paves the way for transformative life changes. I am here to assist you in navigating life by creating a space where you can better understand your circumstance, behaviors, relationships, emotions, and self as a whole.
