As a therapist, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and safe space where you can explore your journey toward healing and growth. Through my experiences working with foster youth and adolescents facing unique challenges, I've come to deeply appreciate the resilience and inner strength people hold. Their courage inspired me to pursue this meaningful work.
I believe in helping individuals develop the flexibility to face difficult emotions and thoughts while empowering them to live in alignment with their values. True transformation unfolds when we allow space for our experiences and emotions while taking intentional steps toward the lives we envision. In my approach, I honor the diverse backgrounds and unique identities each person brings to therapy. I strive to cultivate an inclusive and holistic environment, respecting the complexity of who you are and allowing all parts of your identity to find expression in our work together.
I also work from a strengths-based perspective, where we focus on your inherent strengths and capacities to navigate challenges. I aim to foster a collaborative space where you feel empowered to explore your emotions and relationships in an authentic and supportive way. Meeting you where you are, we can identify what resonates with you on this path to healing and growth.
It is an honor to be part of your journey, and I am committed to supporting you in uncovering your strengths, building resilience, and finding a renewed sense of connection with yourself. Choosing to engage in this process with me opens the door to authenticity, growth, and meaningful change. Together, we can navigate life’s complexities with compassion and purpose.
