Not Accepting Clients At This Time
I care about my clients and know that they are unique and that their time is valuable. I recognize the need for them to receive appropriate treatment and interventions, in a safe environment, tailored to their specific concerns. This leads to more effective therapy which achieves sustainable problem resolution in fewer sessions than traditional long-term approaches.
There are no generic treatment plans in my office because every client is different. No topic is off limits and any question or concern can be explored. Using skills and tools from a variety of established theories, my clients and I develop a customized plan that meets their individual needs.
Whether suffering from emotional distress, an inability to maintain mental balance, or feelings of overwhelming sadness, I can help. I am also qualified to assist with more severe mental concerns related to personality or mood disturbances, as well as schizophrenia and related diagnoses. I have additional training in addressing addictions and I understand how they relate to mental health.
My practice is based on the belief that humans have the capacity for change. Change can sometimes be difficult, uncomfortable, or scary. We work together, bringing light to the situation at hand, while developing workable solutions. If there is a strong desire for transformation, and a willingness to put in hard work, my clients are likely to achieve their therapeutic goals.
I am currently accepting couples, family groups, individuals, teens, and children. I welcome clients of all ages, races, genders, and religious backgrounds. My door is open and I look forward to navigating life’s challenges with you.
